Booking a Travel with Kerala Companion is really simple.

Response Time
- Our response time for an enquiry is 30 Minutes, during Office Hours (09:00 Am to 06:00 Pm IST).
- We do process the enquiries even after the Office Hours, but with a slight time-delay in response.
Reservation Enquiry
- On receiving an enquiry, we will email you our offer with details and best rates for the same.
- If our offer suits your requirements, you can reconfirm the same, so that we can go ahead with the booking.
- On the other hand, if our offer does not suit your requirements, please feel free to let us know, so that we can provide you with alternate options for the same.
Confirmation
- Once the booking is finalised, we will process the same.
- Accommodation will be blocked and other travel arrangements will be done at the earliest.
- After the arrangements are done, we will mail you the tentative reservation details with payment terms.
- Reservations will be confirmed only on transfer of payment into our Bank Account before the Cut Off Date.
Payment Terms
- 50 % as Advance towards confirmation of the Booking.
- Balance 50% Payable on Arrival, before availing the services.
- Advance payment to be received on or before the Cut Off date mentioned in the Email.
- Payment terms may differ, in some cases, as per the terms stipulated by the supplier.
- During Festive Seasons & Peak Seaons, reservations will be done only by 100% Advance Payment.
Terms & Conditions
- Payment Terms & Cut Off Date mentioned in the Enquiry Response Email will be final.
- Cancellation Charges applicable, as per the cancellation policy of the respective service providers.
- All Travel Services are subject to availability at the time of Confirming the booking with Advance Payment.
